We arrived at Gare de Lourdes at dawn after taking the overnight train. We made sure to inform the hotel about our early arrival beforehand and were able to check in as early as 9am. Clara at the front desk was friendly, accommodating, and fluent in English. The studio room came with twin beds, a kitchenette, and a small dining table. The bathroom has a towel dryer and a bathtub/shower combo. The location is walkable to all the shops and attractions around town, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this property for budget-conscious people.

Its very close to the sanctuary, just 15min walk. The receptionist are all very helpful. Laundry is also available in the ground floor and can be paid by coins if you wish to use the facility. Theres also a pin code provided to all guests for safety, for when youre out late you can still enter the property.

Room was well equipped as promised, with a small kitchenette and sufficient Crockery Cutlery and Equipment. Staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly.

Bus stops 30 yards from the establishment that goes to Train station, as well as Grotto. grotto (walking 10-15 minutes from place. staff was Kind and helpful. Mattresses good. Clean. Everything in working order. Breakfast available.
